Home Organizing
Home organizing that fits how you actually live
Most homes don't need more bins. They need a few decisions made and a system that matches the way the people in the house really move through their day.
I work alongside you, room by room. We sort what you have, decide what stays, and give everything a home that makes sense to you, so the space stays organized after I leave.
Rooms I work in
Kitchens and pantries
Zones for cooking, prep, and storage; food you can see before it expires; cabinets that open without an avalanche.
Closets and bedrooms
Clothes you actually wear within reach, seasonal items stored out of the way, and a bedroom that feels restful.
Home offices and paper
A place for active projects, a simple filing system, and a plan for the mail so it stops piling up on the counter.
Garages, basements, and attics
Sorting the overflow, clearing what's no longer needed, and setting up zones so tools and gear are easy to find and put back.
Kids' rooms and playrooms
Storage kids can use on their own, with fewer steps and clear labels, so cleanup is something they can actually do.
Entryways and mudrooms
A landing spot for coats, bags, keys, and shoes, so the rest of the house doesn't become the drop zone.
Systems for every kind of brain
Before I started Life, Simplified in 2010, I worked in social work. That background shapes how I organize: I pay attention to how you process information, where your routines break down, and what will realistically get maintained.
For clients who are neurodivergent, or anyone who has tried to “just get organized” and had it fall apart, that often means visible storage, fewer steps to put something away, and homes for things right where they get used. There is no judgment and no one right way. The right system is the one that works for you.
